Alf, is a very young chef, although don’t underestimate him ! His training and qualifications are vast and at the same level as chefs in their older years. Alf founded “cookerybyalfie” with the dream of teaching students his age valuable life skills, how to eat healthily and cook safely.

He is trained in catering and hospitality culinary arts, plating and presentation. He has completed comprehensive advanced culinary training. He trained at manor farm cookery school and now assists there, working alongside top chefs such as Andrea Wallace, teaching and inspiring his generation.

Alf has completed Level 3 supervisory food safety and hygiene, level 2 health and safety, level 2 allergen awareness, Advanced first aid, Advanced anaphylaxis training, Advanced burns and CPR training along with business management, marketing, food photography, business strategy training and much more.

Alf is devoted to ensuring his students learn as much as possible, cook safely, and understand the importance of good food and good culinary skills.
