  • When we feel drained and exhausted, we need something to clear our mind, cooking is the activity that will help get rid of the tension or stress build up,

  • When cooking, you are required to do physical activities, which helps break up daily routines and kick your mental exhaustion,

  • Studies have shown, cookery is a therapeutic activity, and can improve an individual's mindset.

  • When you cook, you stimulate your senses, the feel of new flavour, smell and sounds, which contributes to more endorphins, feel good hormones that put a smile on your face,

Our Recovery through cookery classes can be booked in groups of up to 10.

Our classes are perfect for families or corporate team building exercises,

What’s included ?

  • 60 minute (personalised to your group), culinary essential course,

  • learn knife skills, hygiene skills, food preparation and cooking skills,

  • Have the opportunity to socialise, spend quality uninterrupted time with family, make new friends, reconnect with distant friends or family members, or even break the ice with corporate team building exercises,

  • Become a confident cook, practise life skills,

  • Have the chance to focus on a cognitively beneficial task, away from day to day distractions,

  • A certificate on completion,

  • A brief theory lesson on nutrition and health,

  • A chance to cook along to a mutually agreed recipe.

Our online recovery through cookery course costs £10.00 per person.
